In last week's issue, the title "Courts should not try to interpret the Constitution" was inserted by the editors without the knowledge of the author, Jonathon Horne, and does not reflect his views. Horne's viewpoint is that the Court's proper role is to interpret the Constitution, but not in an activist manner.
