On Friday, Sep. 27, students gathered in the Sustainable Lawrence University Gardens (SLUG) firepit for a Welcome Back Bonfire celebration. Hosted by the Black Student Union (BSU), the event was one of many scheduled in the first few weeks of Fall Term that served to kick off the new school year. Attendees enjoyed s’mores, music and a cozy setting for catching up after a summer apart.
