Do you feel there is a higher public awreness of street harassment now than when you were in college?
I believe our country is more aware of harassment than it was thirty years ago. This change is most noticeable in the workplace where a whole body of law has been developed in this area. Increased awareness is also present in public places as well, although it may differ depending on your local community.
