BREAKING NEWS: After the deadline for submission of applications and signatures elapsed at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14, the Lawrence University Community Council (LUCC) released the final list of candidates for the upcoming executive elections.
The candidates for the position of president are juniors Max Loebl and Abedin Rafique. Meanwhile, juniors Elana Lambert, Glenn McMahon and Jo-Hanna Rifai are running for vice presidency.
Leading up to all-day elections on Tuesday, Jan. 19, current LUCC officers will interview the candidates on WLFM radio on Jan. 17 and The Lawrentian will host a debate in Pusey room in Warch Campus Center on Jan. 18. Stay tuned for further details on the elections and the candidates.
