The Lawrence University golf team put on quite a show this past weekend at the Ripon Invitational at Mascoutin Golf Course. Freshman John Pechan won the tournament with a two-day total of 154, and senior Jon Mays finished fifth with a two-day total of 168. The two helped the Vikings to a second-place finish, just four strokes behind first-place St. Norbert. Lawrence will be back in action this weekend at the Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational at Washington County Golf Course.
