The VITAL tutoring program matches Lawrence student volunteers with Fox Valley area K-12 students who need help in a wide variety of academic subjects. Our volunteer tutors, after having accepted a match, arrange to meet with the students for an hour each week at the Mudd Library. All Lawrence students are encouraged to submit an application so that they can be matched with a tutor request. Tutoring provides a consistent and flexible opportunity to gain volunteer hours and to feel great aboutbeing a positive influence in the life of a local youth. Submit your application through the Volunteer and Community Service Center.
