To Whom It May Concern,
Pleasure to meet you. My name is Dustin Goldfarb, Sr. Director of Marketing and Promotions for Bardic Records, a label distributed through SONY. I wanted to reach out to you with regards to our latest signing, Local H, who heads out on the road with Finger 11 in October.

The band, as I’m sure you recall, broke big with their hit “Bound For The Floor” (the keep it copasetic song) and has had tremendous success on the road for the past decade. Bardic is re-releasing their latest album, “Whatever Happened to P.J. Soles” along with Studio E Records.

I’m reaching out to you with hopes of generating local press to promote the show at The Barrymore Theatre on Fri 11/5

“Long after their mid-Nineties commercial peak, Local H are still kicking out loose grunge-indebted barnburners.. the nicely raw, angsty songs here rank with their best” CHRISTIAN HOARD (Rolling Stone)

“Whatever Happened to P.J. Soles?,” an engrossing set of pointed songs that smartly examine the fleeting nature of fame and success, subject matter the group is certainly familiar with.” – TROY J. AUGUSTO Variety Magazine

“Regardless of where Local H have been or where they’re headed, they’re not going away, and this new album proves that this is one band whose smart, funny rage still connects. Highly recommended”….Mark Deming-All Music Guide

I would like to send you out some materials on Local H and their latest music for feature/interview consideration.

In the meantime, please visit www.bardicrecords.com and www.localh.com for music and info.

I thank you in advance for your time and I look forward to hearing from you,

Dustin Goldfarb
