Paul’s bio

Paul Karner

Paul is a junior B.A. music major who lives at 203 N. Union, Rm. 104. He plays the guitar and dabbles in composition. He won best of show in his first grade art show for his depiction of a Native American mask. In Junior High Paul was a member of the drama club, where he was the stage manager for Viking Junior High’s production of Godspell. In high school he attended a suburban Baptist church where the pastor drove a mustang. Paul joined a Christian ska band called the Sydekix. They played one time at the church with the mustang and then broke up the following week. He later joined a religiously ambiguous emo band called Fill in the Blank which eventually changed into Braille. Braille has toured the United States twice and released two albums.
