MCAC is an LUCC standing committee consisting of students, faculty, and staff with the aim of promoting understanding and awareness of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and physical ability both within and outside the Lawrence community. In the past we have brought in speakers and co-sponsored with other campus groups events which promote cultural issues that are relevant and may be of interest to members of the Lawrence Community.
All are welcome to attend our meetings, which take place every Monday at 12:30 p.m. in Lucinda’s small dining room.
