The Coffeehouse Committee is a student organization dedicated to bringing quality entertainment to the coffeehouse. We strive to feature artists from a wide variety of genres that we think will have broad appeal among students. We also have made it a part of our mission to feature student or faculty-led groups from time to time either for a feature performance or as an opening act for another group playing in the coffeehouse. Some memorable performances over the past few years have come from such performers as Willy Porter, Brenda Weiler, Mason Jennings, Happy Apple, P.A.C.I.F.I.C.S., I Was Born With Two Tongues, and of course, Lawrence’s own The Committee.
