In the Staff Editorial in the Nov. 13 issue of The Lawrentian, we implied that the Lawrence University Committee on Instruction was considering eliminating the S/U option. In fact, the committee was considering whether or not the S/U option should continue to be applicable to General Education Requirements. We apologize for the error.
