There were a lot of things to cover in this week’s corner (McNabb, the Pistons, etc.), but Paul’s AL Cy Young pick trumped them. Without Aaron Small and his 9-0 record to close out the season, the Yanks wouldn’t have made the postseason and, in all likelihood, Steinbrenner would have died.
