Emily Gonzalez is a sophomore English major and possible Spanish or history minor. She’s lived in the Twin Cities for nearly half her life, but originally hails from sunny Florida, which her father reminds her of constantly by venting about the Midwestern winters. One of her main interests is writing, which she has put to use working for The Lawrentian since fall term of her freshman year. Aside from working as associate news editor for The Lawrentian, Emily is involved in volunteering and is a proud member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Some of her obsessions include reading, dancing, iPod, feeding her coffee addiction, Latin American culture and music, squirrels, and sadly, Facebook.
